Delivery Information
Free UK Mainland Delivery
All of our products come with Free UK Mainland delivery. Due to the varying sizes of our products, delivery charges have already been calculated, and factored into our sale price. This means there are no hidden costs to our customers
Do you provide non-mainland shipping?
Unfortunately, we currently only cover the UK mainland via our website. If you live outside of this area and wish to purchase our products, please contact us via sales@decus.uk, and we will liaise with our couriers to see if this can be done.
When will you ship my order?
All items are made to order, and we advise a lead time of 2-4 weeks. We despatch orders Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. If you require a more urgent shipment, please contact us, and we will do our best to facilitate where we can. Please note that we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however due to unforeseen factors delays are sometimes inevitable. Decus shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver in the estimated timescales.
Where are my items shipped from?
We ship all of our items from our workshop in Somerset. Please note that collection can be made from our workshop, however we request that this is by appointment only.
How are my items shipped?
We use a network of approved couriers. Many items can be shipped via general courier, however some of our larger products need to be shipped on a pallet. Pallet couriers will have a tail lift to safely get your product from the vehicle to the ground, and are delivered to kerbside only. You will receive notification when your item has been despatched, and should be able to track your delivery. We are unable to provide specific delivery dates and times for deliveries.
Delivery Restrictions and Guidelines
- Complete and Accurate Address: Include the full recipient name, building/house number, street name, city, and postal code.
- Unit/Apartment Number: For multi-residence buildings, the flat or apartment number is vital to avoid misdeliveries.
- Contact Phone Number: A local contact number is essential so the courier can reach the recipient if they have trouble locating the address, or need to confirm a delivery time.
Missed delivery?
Many of our couriers will reattempt delivery for a second time, however we cannot guarantee this. Should the item be returned to us, you will be required to make payment for a second delivery. Should you know of any specific dates you are unable to take delivery, please advise us, and we will try to accommodate where we can.
Damages
All of our products are quality checked before we dispatch, however in the unlikely event that you experience any issues please email us at sales@decus.uk within 48 hours to report any damaged or defective items. Please include a full description along with photos. We reserve the right to ask for the item to be returned to us for inspection, therefore please keep your original packaging, until you have fully checked the product.
My parcel arrives damaged, what do I do?
If the package is damaged in anyway on arrival please sign for this item as 'damaged' and contact us at sales@decus.uk
